COWORKOFFICE Lille-Lesquin has since April 2nd 2018 2500 sqm of shared space in offices, meeting rooms, collaborative workspaces and relaxation areas with unlimited WiFi very high speed, and service of snacks, coffee, tea and free press.

This work ecosystem aims to bring together communities that are not used to cohabiting to offer meeting and business opportunities in a warm and inspiring environment, but also to give a real experience to coworkers who will be able to participate at wellness workshops or gardening classes in Coworkoffice greenhouse with Mickaël our gardener.

On September 29, 2017, Ms. Sophie DELEVAL, President INGRAM MICRO FRANCE inaugurated INGRAM MICRO's new headquarters in the presence of Dany Wattebled, Mayor of Lesquin and Philippe Baudry, CEO of the ARTEA group.

The arrival of INGRAM MICRO FRANCE on the ARTEPARC LILLE-LESQUIN is a turning point for the development of this ambitious project that has now reached its cruising speed.

Indeed, this ARTEPARC is the first of our achievements in which we have been able to put in place all the pillars of our ecosystem. This is why we present this project as the first tertiary Park of 3th generation.

In the long term, this ARTEPARC, the first 3rd generation tertiary Park will comprise 22 positive energy buildings offering 44 000 m² of mixed surfaces (activities and offices) and integrating a Service Center on a 10 hectares site.

On 17 October 2017, Philippe Baudry, CEO of the ARTEA Group inaugurated in the presence of Mr Jean-Pierre Fournier, Mayor of Nîmes, Mr Eric GIRAUDIER President of the UPE 30 and President of the CCI Gard and Mr GRANAT maire de Manduel and delegate to the zones of Nîmes Métropole, the first building of the ARTEPARC Nîmes.

Eventually, this 3rd generation ARTEPARC will include 4 positive energy buildings offering 7,000 m² of subdividable offices surface.
