A complete range of services enables users to find themselves at the heart of a Service Centre designed as a convivial space in the middle of our ARTEPARC. This Service Center at the entrance of the park is the urban link between the city and the tertiary park.

Designed on the principle of "Les Halles", the 5 buildings with large bay windows accommodate multiple support services in a friendly and modern environment, allowing companies to find on site all the offers that meets the daily needs of their employees.

• A catering centre with themed restaurants, allowing both fast food and business catering.

• A crèche that can accommodate users' children during working hours on ARTEPARC.

• A business centre COWORKOFFICE offering coworking spaces, meeting rooms, a coffee shop and a concierge service.

• A relaxation area with a sports hall.

• An accommodation centre with the new concept COLOFT particularly suitable for business trips or company seminars offering cosy studios and design suites fitted out for work and stay in a pleasant and warm living environment.

A GREENHOUSE and a worker's garden OPEN TO ALL

A central mall allows pedestrian access to the various services.

A few meters away there is a greenhouse and a vegetable garden where organic fruit and vegetables are grown by our consultant gardeners and a community of voluntary users of organic fruit and vegetables according to the principle of permaculture.
