The 23 office buildings of the ARTEPARC will develop 44 000 m2 within preserved green spaces.

SELF-SUFFICIENCY

Thanks to photovoltaic plants located on the roof and driven by the Greencore system and a Centralised technical management, our buildings, labeled RT 2012 Effinergie + produce a large part of their RT2012 regulatory consumption. We talk about self-consumption for all our buildings.

A GREENVIEW DASHBOARD®

Our GREENVIEW communication system installed on the big screen is present in the lobby of each building. It indicates the consumption and production of energy and water, the indoor and outdoor temperatures, the equivalent of saved CO2 emissions, it gives in addition to multiple information on the performance of buildings information on the park environment.

A SERVICE CENTRE OF 6500M2

A complete range of services enables users to find themselves at the heart of a Service Centre designed as a convivial space in the middle of ARTEPARC.

Conceived on the principle of halls, the 5 buildings with large bay windows accommodate multiple support services in a friendly and modern environment allowing companies to find on site all the offers that meet the daily needs of their employees, including :

• A catering center with thematic restaurants, offering both fast food and business catering
• A day nursery that can accommodate the children of the users during working hours on the ARTEPARC
• A gym
• The COWORKOFFICE area offers coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, a coffee shop and a Concierge service
• An Accommodation centre with the new COLOFT concept, particularly adapted to business trips or company seminars, is currently under construction.
