A LANDSCAPE committed to energy transition in a high quality location

Arteparc Sophia is located in Sophia Antipolis, Europe's leading technology park that has become a world reference in terms of innovation. The city of Sophia Antipolis is home to 1,400 companies employing 34,000 people.

20 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and 15 minutes from the Antibes TGV train station, the Sophia Antipolis Park is an exceptional preserved site of 2 400 hectares, ideally located between sea and mountain.

The Arteparc Sophia Campus, with a surface area of 16,500 m², is located in a hilly pine forest enjoying an exceptional panorama and a privileged view of the Alps. In this landscaped setting, ARTEA is designing a set of 3 buildings on the ground floor and two upper floors, certified HQE 9 stars, which will total approximately 6,500 m². The quality landscaped environment will provide Arteparc users with a well-kept living environment that will promote their activity and well-being.

THE FIRST PRIVATE SMART-GRID IN THE PACA REGION

As part of its commitment to energy transition, ARTEA has set up the first private SMART GRID in the PACA region on the Arteparc Sophia. Designed in partnership with ENEDIS and ARTESOL, a subsidiary of ARTEA, it will enable each building to produce, store and exchange self-sufficient energy.

Three photovoltaic power plants producing about 300 kW will supply all the buildings and eventually the hundred electrical terminals to power the fleets of electric vehicles and rechargeable hybrids.

INNOVATIVE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

The innovative architectural design offering bright spaces with balconies, terraces and roof-tops, combined with high level services will allow future occupants to benefit from a quality working environment in the heart of an exceptional environment.

Several users have already signed up for this program, including the IBM Group, which rents building C, which is about 1,900 m². This building has received the HQE EXCELLENT level certification. A BBC EFFINERGIE 2017 label with an E+C carbon footprint will complete the scheme.

A COWORKING SPACE

An entire building will be occupied by COLOFT, the ARTEA group's coworking brand, offering nomadic space, private offices, meeting rooms and relaxation areas in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

On the top floor, a rooftop will offer a privatizable event space and a restaurant offering a magnificent view of the magnificent panorama.
