CampusAix la Duranne

A POSITIVE ENERGY CAMPUS

This Campus is structured around 3 buildings, Ruby, Quartz and Sapphire, and is located in the heart of the Duranne Joint Development Zone (ZAC), the main tertiary sector in the Aix-en-Provence/Marseille urban area.1

A BBC POSITIVE ENERGY BUILDING THAT PRODUCES MORE THAN TWICE THE EQUIVALENT OF ITS ENERGY REQUIREMENTS

Indeed, the Ruby produces more than twice the equivalent of its energy needs thanks to its photovoltaic power plant on the roof and the solar shading of the car parks.
It benefits from advanced technology with a dual-flow VMC which, thanks to a BMS system, allows you to benefit in summer from the energy savings associated with "free cooling".

In addition to the high level of service, this building features a foyer with a double height and a large bay window, open to the outside.

2 BUILDINGS OPERATING IN SELF-CONSUMPTION

Quartz and Saphir operate in self-consumption thanks to their solar power plant. They are designed in the form of L in order to obtain two bodies of buildings that can be divided, offering respectively 1800 sqm and 2000 sqm of offices with a level of parking in the basement.

This configuration also allows to create a central garden protected from external nuisances.

A GREENVIEW DASHBOARD®

The 3 buildings are equipped with our GREENVIEW® system installed on the big screen in the lobby. It indicates the consumption and production of energy and water, the indoor and outdoor temperatures, the equivalent of saved CO2 emissions, it gives in addition to multiple information on the performance of buildings information on the park environment.
