OUR NEW 3RD GENERATION BUILDINGS IN THE HEART OF A PINERY
Benefiting from a privileged location in the middle of a pine forest with a view of the Sainte-Victoire, the complex develops a surface area of 7000 m² of office space.
Operational since 2015, the campus C is our first model of 3rd generation building by ARTEA: thanks to its solar power plant, its energy storage equipment and to the Greencore®, our intelligent piloting system, this building sees the needs of its communal equipment down by 65% on average.
Thus, our solar air-conditioning technology powered by our Greencore® automaton allows the solar power plant to directly power the heat pump, energy storage systems or the building according to the needs of the operation.
The buildings of the ARTEPARC campus, in addition to their photovoltaic roof, benefit from a bio-climatic architecture, high-performance technical equipment and an energetic pedagogy thanks to our connecting GTC system with dashboard screen Greenview.
The RT2012 buildings are HQE solar-powered producers whose regulatory consumption is located at a level RT2012-80%.
Our GREENVIEW communication system installed on the big screen is present in the lobby of each building. It indicates the consumption and production of energy and water, the indoor and outdoor temperatures, the equivalent of saved CO2 emissions, it gives in addition to multiple information on the performance of buildings information on the park environment.
