Eco-district Made In Green

With its successful eco-Quartier concept, ARTEA crosses a new course by becoming the pioneer of a real estate integrating the circular and collaborative economy.

With its successful Eco-district concept, ARTEA has taken a new step by becoming the pioneer of a real estate integrating the circular and collaborative economy.

1. a concrete response to the circular economy

Thanks to the various bricks developed by the Group over the last 10 years, such as energy production, monitoring, self-consumption and energy storage, linked to a diversified service offer, we offer a global approach that is a concrete response to the circular economy.

2. Made In Green, the design of the eco-district by ARTEA

Thus, in our "Made In Green" project, we are offering an extremely high-performance and energy-efficient property, as well as a set of technologies linked to communication and management tools, but also a set of services and tools that constitute as many vectors of social links for the users of this district.

Thus, in order to give meaning to the circular economy, we have created "communals". For ARTEA, communal areas are the shared spaces that give meaning to the social and collaborative economy.

3. Shared spaces that give meaning to the social and collaborative economy

We propose:

  • With Macadam Farm, a group of urban farms consisting of a set of greenhouses, some of which are intended for the inhabitants ;
  • Shared activity spaces such as a craft workshop;
  • Relaxation areas like a skate park;
  • Meeting spaces with lounge, library, at the foot of the building;
  • Themed coworking areas with COWORKOFFICE for offices and COLOFT for housing ;
  • Local services, concierge services, crèche, associative activities;

4. An Eco-neighborhood, a formidable concept that creates value

This Eco-district is a great value-creating concept: of social and collaborative value, but also economic since each pillar of the programme has been designed to find its own financial balance, like the urban farm which will produce more than 100 tons of organic fruit and vegetables per year, which will be marketed locally.

In the same way, the energy infrastructure will be financed through an energy performance contract that values the erasure of consumption of the neighbourhood, thanks to the self-consumption of energy.

Made In Green thus offers the marriage between technology and the circular and collaborative economy.
