While on the ground floor, the public and private areas will be connected, articulated around a gourmet hall, we offer a new experience by associating it with coworking. Coworking will also find continuity in the coliving, offering the possibility to stay on the 4th and 5th floors of the building for a seminar or a citybreak. The top two floors will complete this programme with exceptional venues dedicated to events.

By associating nomadic workspace and gourmet hall, our objective is to mix recreational and productive functions, to mutualize living spaces, to propose workshops open to all and to create a community .

The Greenhouse on the Roof aims to demonstrate that it is possible to combine nature and work space, professional life and environmental awareness.

All users of the building will be able to take part in gardening workshops, learn permaculture techniques, sow and harvest, but also taste what they have grown.

Imagined around the uses of working, experimenting, living, (self-)cultivating, sharing, savouring and escaping, the project promotes values dear to the ARTEA Group.
