In the heart of the NICE MÉRIDIA Technopole in the Eco-Vallée de la Plaine du Var, in an environment that favours Sustainable Development and R&D, the "Le Crown" building, certified RT2012- HQE Conception, is the first significant environmental project of the Technopôle.
The building with a surface area of more than 11,000 m² is divided into three parts:
"The Crown" is certified HQE – design and realization as well as the eco-Valley's CRQE.
It is very low energy and water consuming with a roof covered by a photovoltaic solar power plant and a rainwater recovery.
Waste and flow management is optimized, without degrading comfort and quality of life: delivery, waste, vehicles, pedestrians.
Clean means of transport are favoured: bicycles, vehicles, etc.

On the grounds of 3 500 m², green areas have been preserved with gardens outside and indoors.
An inter-company restaurant is located on the ground floor.
The building is marketed at 100% with signatures such as IBM, EDF and SPADA.
