The ARTEA group was born in metamorphosing old buildings. In this activity, our raw material is often made up of antiquated and unsuitable heritages which must be renovated or restructured.

We transform and use the potential of the existing, to reveal it and to evolve it by integrating new functions and offering additional comfort as was the case for the panoramic building.

This building of 4352 m² was completely renovated internally, the insulation has been improved and it has thus passed from building for industrial use to a show-room for highly renowned sports and ready-to-wear brands.

Located in a well known tertiary area, with recent and quality facilities as well as local services, the panoramic enjoys an excellent road service, with nearby, an interchange with the RD9 leading to the TGV station of Aix-en-Provence.

A solar power plant of 100 kW

A photovoltaic roof of 100 kW has been installed, improving the energy and environmental performance of the building.
