A RT 2012 building that works in self-consumption
The Saphir works in self-consumption thanks to its solar power plant.
It benefits from advanced technology with a dual flux CMV system which, thanks to a Centralised technical management system, allows to benefit in the summer from energy savings linked to "free cooling".
In addition to the comfort and high level of service, this building features a lobby with a double height and a large bay window, open to the outside.
They are designed in the form of L in order to get two bodies of buildings that can be divided, offering 2000 sqm of offices with a level of parking in the basement.
This configuration also allows to create a central garden protected from external nuisances.
The building is equipped with our GREENVIEW® system installed on a large screen in the lobby. It shows the consumption and production of energy and water, the indoor and outdoor temperatures, the equivalent of CO2 emissions saved.
