At the heart of innovation: Hospitality
The ARTEA Group's philosophy is to reinvent the hotel experience at the heart of a global concept that offers its future visitors and clients the opportunity to come and live their own story through a unique experience.
Through its services division, ARTEA has developed a unique know-how in new uses with its own Coloft coworking concept.
There are also anchoring points in urban restructuring programmes that we are developing in major European cities.
This is how, thanks to its know-how, the ARTEA Group has won various competitions to develop overall projects in Lille with the Usine Elévatoire, in Strasbourg with the Wacken project, in Luxembourg with the Hôtel des Postes or in Florence with the renovation of the Sant'Orsola convent.
Similarly, since 2018 ARTEA has operated a hotel in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
ARTEA COLIVING GAVE BIRTH TO THE COLOFT BRAND, DIRECTLY INSPIRED BY CHANGES IN THE USE OF WORK AND LIVING SPACES. COLOFT OFFERS ITS GUESTS A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE IN A WARM UNIVERSE DESIGNED AS A PLACE FOR LIVING AND SHARING.
The new generations of entrepreneurs, executives and economic players are often digital nomads, looking for new modes of exchange and environments in order to share common values.
COLOFT is a space for business and leisure stays, with short and medium-term accommodations. At COLOFT, we offer cozy studios and design suites that are equipped and convertible, and can be used as work spaces or living spaces, combined with common "social" areas.
These carefully designed hybrid spaces combine different atmospheres that are ideal for both relaxation and work. At COLOFT, we offer a full range of services to ensure that our guests enjoy optimal living conditions, as well as events and activities that allow them to easily integrate into an active community once their work day is over.
Whenever we can, we offer a COLOFT space linked to a COLOFT coworking space on the same site in the heart of an ARTEPARC or in the heart of a city.
LIFESTYLE HOTELS: THE ACCOMMODATION OF TOMORROW
"At a time when social networks and participatory websites are becoming the new demand drivers, the logic of commercial hosting is being completely overturned. The digitalization of customer returns as well as the ease of access to information means that today's traveller is able to know what a hotel is worth before even staying there. Rather than referring to hotel brand standards, Internet users trust the recommendations of previous guests on social networks as well as the messages deployed by the brands themselves.
The digitalisation of travel, coupled with the democratisation of transport, means that new generations are travelling more often and for shorter periods of time than before. The Millennials therefore want to avoid replicating the same pattern with each journey. They are looking for new and unusual experiences to talk about and post on social networks.
Traditional hotels are appearing out of step with what new generations of travellers are demanding.
New concepts of hotels that are authentic and local, so-called "lifestyle" hotels, have been developing in recent years and challenge the traditional codes of commercial accommodation. »

The ARTEA Group, with its unique know-how in new uses, aims to develop its own concept of Lifestyle hotels by offering its guests real places to live and exchange in a warm environment thanks to common and communal spaces, designed by talented interior designers, in-house catering, event programming and coworking areas.
Our hotels offer a new experience of life and conviviality.
A place to live rooted in a historic building in the heart of the city.
STORIA's philosophy is to reinvent the hotel experience within a global concept that offers its future visitors and clients to come and live their own story through a unique experience.
The experience proposed by STORIA is to live and stay in a place full of history with the codes and new uses that are references in today's world. Thus, STORIA will reinvent historic buildings to make them inspiring spaces that become true places of culture by relying on the richness of their environment while being in phase with the new codes found in lifestyle hotels and boutique hotels.
We want to reinvent hospitality through hybrid spaces in which private, community and professional life can easily be mixed.
Each place will have its own characteristics and the coherence of the STORIA concept will be found around the activities, events and services which will enrich the stay of each visitor and which will constitute a common core to each project
As a place to meet and relax, STORIA will build real communities around these values.

In the heart of a green setting, ARTEA will give a new life to the old factory by establishing a place for sharing, well-being and learning, while highlighting its historical heritage. The codes of the industrial revolution will be reflected in decorative elements and works of art referring to the period.
The "Usine Élévatoire" will be a place to work, to see an exhibition, to eat, to have a brunch, to have a drink or to sleep, to meet people and to have an experience in an unusual place.
ARTEA wants to create a concept open to all based on the symbiosis between coworking, coliving, catering and events.
Located in the heart of Florence, the Sant'Orsola complex is an ancient 14th-century convent built around 3 large courtyards.
In collaboration with the City of Florence and under the patronage of the Mayor, Mr. Dario Nardella, ARTEA will revive the Sant'Orsola complex by creating a real place to live, conceived as a new heart of the city, open to all: Florentines, visitors, businessmen and women, and anyone with a love of culture and the arts who wants to live a unique experience.
An emblematic place and cultural and architectural heritage, classified as a national monument in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the conversion of the Hôtel des Postes aims to restore and enhance its cultural and architectural dimension.
In its new setting it will be a place open to Luxembourgers first and foremost and to anyone attracted by the discovery of a new magical place.
In the atmosphere of the Roaring Twenties and Art Nouveau, the ground floor, with its inner courtyard, will house a restaurant, a bar, shops and the lobby of a lifestyle hotel in keeping with the codes of this new generation of hotels. The first to fourth floors will be reserved for hotels and coworking spaces, while the basement will be dedicated to a wellness area accessible to all.
