The Artea Group's energy division is at the heart of our ecosystem and our vision.
With the creation of Artesol and our investment in renewable energies, we have put environmental protection at the heart of our concerns.
We inaugurated the first positive-energy building in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.
With our subsidiary Dream Energy, ARTEA became a supplier and producer of renewable energies.
We opened France's first private Smart Grid in Sophia Antipolis.
We're going even further in the field of energy autonomy, and plan to supply our entire property portfolio with renewable energies produced in France by 2025.
Our challenge is to control the carbon footprint on all of our sites and individual buildings: thanks to our "Smart Grid Generation" buildings, we have managed to reduce our primary energy consumption by a factor of four.
We are aiming for carbon neutrality, as well as the deployment of our "Triple Zero Strategy": zero carbon, zero fossil. zero nuclear.
THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMART-GRIDS BY OUR GROUP ENABLES US TO PROVIDE A GLOBAL OFFERING CONSISTENT WITH THE ARTEA DNA WHITHIN ALL OF OUR DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS.
The private smart-grid is an electrical system which, thanks to a local infrastructure, is able to manage the distribution of energy between different buildings in a defined area. Thanks to our different building blocks, this system enables optimization of the private electricity distribution network.
The ARTEA Group's objective is to deploy, as in the ARTEPARC in Sophia Antipolis, in all its future ARTEPARCs, Smart-grids for collective self-consumption.
Our overall objective is to improve energy efficiency, and more specifically :
Reduce our ARTEPARCs' energy imports from the grid
Maximize the autonomy and energy independence of our ARTEPARCs with our photovoltaic power plants
Meeting the challenge of the energy transition and electric mobility
Meet our "triple zero" strategy: zero carbon, zero fossil fuels, zero nuclear power
THE TRIPLE-ZERO ENERGY OBJECTIVE IS THE CENTRAL GOAL OF THE ARTEA GROUP'S INNOVATION STRATEGY.
Through our subsidiary Dream Energy, our business model is to organize the energy transition of our ecosystem and that of our customers towards a low-CO2 world. To achieve this, we propose a decentralized consumption model, thanks to smart, local and controlled infrastructures. Our smart-grids and our ecosystem, present from upstream (production) to downstream (on-site supply), is a unique model in its degree of advancement and integration adapted to real estate.
Thanks to our activity as an energy supplier, we can offer an energy mix between local photovoltaic energy coupled with storage, and delocalized, mainly hydraulic, 100% renewable energy. Our subsidiary Dream Energy manages a portfolio of assets comprising photovoltaic power plants and hydraulic dams for the production of renewable energy. The company operates in the fields of photovoltaic and hydraulic energy.
The energy produced in this way, with no environmental impact, will soon be distributed to all our buildings. Initially, this offer will be deployed on property complexes developed or renovated by ARTEA, but not only, and then offered to other property owners wishing to commit to the energy transition. Any organization (company, property company, local authority, public service) will thus be able to make a concrete commitment by choosing a supplier offering a 100% green energy package.
ARTESOL IS THE GROUP'S ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT MANAGER IN CHARGE OF STRATEGY IN THIS AREA.
This subsidiary is responsible for environmental programming, innovation, management and certification of all our projects.
Design and management of rooftop photovoltaic power plants.
AMD :
Data monitoring and storage.
Local Smart-Grid :
Operating system and control of the electric vehicle terminal network.
100% renewable energy supplier.
OUR GOAL IS TO INVENT THE AUTONOMOUS BUILDING. SINCE WE'VE BEEN WORKING ON SELF-CONSUMPTION, OUR AIM HAS BEEN TO OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS AN ECONOMICALLY COHERENT BUILDING CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING ENERGY AUTONOMY OF BETWEEN 40% AND 70%, DEPENDING ON ITS CONFIGURATION AND REGION.
Our first model, a 2500 m² building, has been in operation since 2015. Thanks to its solar power plant, energy storage equipment and an intelligent control system operating with a PLC, this building has seen the energy needs of its common equipment drop by 65%. For example, our solar air-conditioning technology controlled by our Greencore® controller allows the solar power plant to directly supply the heat pump, energy storage systems or the building according to the needs of the operation. This performance is the result of developments carried out by our subsidiary ARTESOL, which had a patent granted in 2015.
Our aim is to structure energy infrastructures capable of adapting in real time to consumption needs, thanks to our storage systems driven by artificial intelligence.
Therefore, our achievements integrating our technology are able to reduce a building's primary energy consumption by a factor of four.
