Since its creation in 2001, the company ARTEA has set up investment vehicles to develop its property which now houses more than 100 companies with more than € 10 million in annual rent. For the past 10 years, it has created a partnership with the CAISSE DES DEPOTS through a joint investment company.
In 2020, a new step was taken with the creation of the OPPCI GREENVIEW which obtained its approval from the AMF and which will be marketed during the year. Internationally, partnerships are set up with renowned groups through joint ventures. Another dedicated vehicle will soon be created.
Since its creation, ARTEA's objective has been to be as close as possible to its clients' expectations by offering them the best possible service. It is in this spirit that ARTECOM and ARTEA SERVICES were created.
Today, this fast-developing activity has led us to expand our traditional range of services thanks to new developments such as coworking, coliving and lifestyle hotels.

Renovation is an activity that is part of ARTEA's DNA, for whom sustainable development is one of the pillars of its identity.
