Main activities
Monitoring of real estate development operations
Check and challenge promotion reports before validation by the investment committee.
Analyze quarterly the differences between the provisional budget and the actual budget.
Monitor the indicators for each project.
Cash flow forecasting and budget management
Monitor cash flow projections by business line, optimize resources and cash flow requirements in the short and medium term by activity.
Prepare year-end forecasts based on the event-adjusted budgets for the current period.
Steering: analysis and reporting
Develop and implement reporting tools for senior management.
Design the activity dashboards (quarterly).
Analyze the performance of the company's various activities (Promotion, Energy, Architecture, Space-Planning, Coworking, Coliving, Hotels)
Build the business models for the company's new business lines.
Obtain and collect all information likely to affect the company's results; translate it into financial information.
Write summaries of comments on the activity
Supervision, control of accounting closures
Perform reconciliations between accounting statements and results from reporting and dashboards.
Provide the accounting department with non-accounting elements to be included in the results for better compliance with the economic reality of the activity.
Improvement of the company's performance
Analyze the weight of each of the company's suppliers.
Anticipate drifts, take corrective action.
Check that these corrective actions have the expected effects.
Identify areas of optimization and help operational managers realize savings.
