The project is located in the commune of Valbonne.

The proximity of the motorway network, the Nice Côte d'Azur airport and the Antibes TGV station allows the site to be perfectly integrated into the local, national and international economic fabric, which encourages us to propose the establishment of a new tertiary building in this location.

The site slopes steeply from the bottom of the plot on a south/north axis.

The site is bordered to the east and west by service sector buildings, to the north by the RD 98 and to the south by a classified wooded area.

The project involves the construction of a 4067 m2 office building, 163 parking spaces for light vehicles, 51 parking spaces for two-wheeled vehicles and 62 m2 for bicycle parking.

The building will have two levels of parking and three levels of office space (open plan).
