The innovative architectural design offering bright spaces with balconies, terraces and roof top, combined with high level services will allow future occupants to benefit from a qualitative framework of work in the heart of an exceptional environment .
Several users have already committed to this program. For example, the IBM group has signed a lease with Artea to rent the entire building C of approximately 1 900 m².

In the same way, the subsidiary COWORKOFFICE will rent the entire building A with a surface of 2220 m², to establish a Coworking space.
