The first significant environmental project of the NICE MÉRIDIA Technopole.
At the heart of the NICE MÉRIDIA Technopole in the Plaine du Var Eco-Valley, in an environment that favors sustainable development and R&D, the RT2012- HQE Conception-certified "Le Crown" building is the Technopole's first significant environmental project.
The building has a surface area of over 11,000 m² and is divided into three parts:
"The Crown" is certified HQE – design and realization as well as the eco-Valley's CRQE.
It is very low energy and water consuming with a roof covered by a photovoltaic solar power plant and a rainwater recovery.
Waste and flow management is optimized, without degrading comfort and quality of life: delivery, waste, vehicles, pedestrians.
Clean means of transport are encouraged: bicycles, cars, etc.

On the grounds of 3 500 m², green areas have been preserved with gardens outside and indoors.
An inter-company restaurant is located on the first floor.
The building is marketed at 100% with signatures such as IBM, EDF and SPADA.
